Our selection and Placement services start with a phone conversation with the Principal or their representative to identify there needs and the preferences of the position. After what, we initiate the process of creating a Job Description for your review and approval. Candidates are then provided to you via email, along with a brief summary of our conversation with them, their resume, and a summary of our conversation(s). We recommend that our clients have an initial Zoom Video Interview with candidates to assess the candidate's compatibility with your home's culture.
