Founding Partner / Recruitment Consultant
Chris Demaillet spent two decades working as a private chef for UHNW clients before launching Montclair Chef, the world's leading recruitment company for private chefs. In response to Montclair Chef's growth and the increasing demands of household staff by its clients, Chris decided to partner up with Malin Thollson and launched Maison Montclair in 2023 to offer Private Domestic Staff recruitment services. Chris remains a board member at Maison Montclair and offers support and mentorship to foster the growth of Maison Montclair and its team.
